2024 State of the School
- 28 new families joined our school
- Ranked as Northeast Ohio Top Workplace for a Fifth Year in a Row
- 100% of 8th graders accepted to their 1st choice Catholic High School for 5th Year in a Row
- Many Facilities Improvements including a new Computer Lab (tables, chairs, iMacs), additional Security Cameras, iPads for K-5 students, new HVAC for classrooms, new pavement in front of School, increased Internet Access in all classrooms, new textbooks, Fellowship Room renovation, new Junior High lockers, LED lighting in gym/cafeteria/hallways, and our teacher's lounge upgrade is in progress!
We recently revised our school mission statement to meet the current vision of the school. This new mission has been approved by the diocese and adopted to carry us forward until 2029. Our new mission statement reads, "Anchored in faith and guided by our Heavenly Mother Mary, the Assumption Academy family prepares future leaders through faith formation, academic growth, and service to others."
